Blues & Purples Wood Unique Coaster Set, 1OAKG

• These one of a kind gorgeous handmade coasters come in a set of 4 and are all approximately 4″ in diameter and each slice is about ½” thick.
• They feature 3 different shades of purple, 2 different shades of blue and white.
• The coasters have cork on the backside to protect your furniture.

All of the coaster sets have a thin layer of resin on each coaster. Hence, you don’t have to worry about your cold or hot drink damaging the hand painted images on the coasters.

Materials:
• Wooden coaster – round, approximately 4″ in diameter
• Acrylic paint, 2 different pouring mediums, resin and polycrylic (outer edge)
• Cork backing

Don’ts

Do not use this item as a hot plate/trivet.  Cured resin works great for coasters, but, unfortunately, not so great for hot plates.  Here’s why: the maximum temperature that cured resin can be exposed to is 120F/50C. Temperatures higher than 120F/50C, such as those from a dish straight out of the oven, may lead to some irreparable damage on your resined surface. It will probably distort the protective layers of resin. You can use this set of coasters for any hot beverage like coffee or cocoa, it is not for a pan or dish that is warmer than standard drinking temperature.
